Our client, a growing retail engineering company are looking to recruit a talented Desktop Support Technician. With 16 offices across the UK and a user base of 150, you will be joining their IT team based in Hitchin.

Role Overview
· A successful candidate will be the first point of contact and support for all IT issues that arise, with first-line support being provided to internal users via phone, email or remote access.
· You will also troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
· Installing, configuring and maintaining IT equipment and software.
· A good understanding of Microsoft technologies / environments.
