Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in ServiceNow development and architecture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as they arise
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow development and architecture

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development
• ServiceNow certified specialist or administrator
• SC Clearance eligibility essential
• Strong understanding of scripting languages, particularly JavaScript
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Ability to inspire and guide teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Day-to-Day

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Leading and mentoring development teams to ensure best practices and quality standards are met
• Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and objectives
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow systems
• Keeping up to date with the latest developments in ServiceNow technology and best practices
