Contract Test Manager

Up to 500 per day (inside IR35)

Hybrid Working in Manchester

We seek an experienced Test Manager to oversee testing activities for a major programme. The role involves frequent travel to Manchester Airport and requires 4 to 6 months of commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all test activities, ensuring high quality and reliability.
• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and schedules.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and project teams.
• Track and resolve defects, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant testing standards and security requirements.

Key Requirements:

• SC Clearance eligibility required.
• Proven experience in test management, preferably in the Home Office sector.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with defence or government programmes is a plus.
• ISTQB certification (preferred).
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks.
