Human Resources Manager

Overview:

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team in Dubai. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, procedures, and programs. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations across Dubai, Egypt, and South Africa.

Responsibilities:

- Build excellent relationships with senior stakeholders

- Advise senior stakeholders and managers on HR matters and employment law

- Support the resolution of any ER issues

- Act as the first point of contact for general internal and external HR matters

- Oversee end-to-end staff recruitment

- Provide administrative support for HR projects

- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

- Ensure compliance through reviewing and implementing new policies and procedures

- Manage the annual insurance renewal process

- Support the annual career review process

Qualifications:

- Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders

- Up to date knowledge of UAE employment law

- Experience of working within a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Day-to-day:

- Building rapport and establishing excellent working relationships

- Advising on HR processes and procedures

- Managing ER issues and compliance

- Providing administrative support for HR projects

- Generating reports and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
