Join Our Team: Lead Network Support Specialist

Location: Central London 4 days, 1 day remote
Salary: up to 50K (25 days holiday, pension, wellbeing package, career progression, training and development)

A growing media Company that specializes in bespoke digital displays with offices globally is expanding their Network Support team and looking to appoint a Lead Network Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Fault Resolution: Remote and on-site diagnostics and equipment replacement.
• Ticket Management: Create and manage support tickets and identify trends.
• Documentation: Develop technical documentation and procedures.
• Maintenance: Conduct site visits to ensure systems are operational.
• Digital Signage: Monitor and update the Broadsign platform.
• Telecom Relations: Manage partnerships with telecom providers.
• Project Support: Assist with key projects and manage asset allocation.
• IT Support: Provide daily IT support and manage user setups.
• Installation Planning and Preparation: Configuring Equipment Before Installations and site visits, as well as Network Cabinet Building

 

Critical Competencies:

• Networking skills (TCP/IP, VPN)
• CCNA certification preferred
• AV/Digital Signage experience
• Proficient in Windows OS (7 & 10 Embedded)
• Experienced in problem-solving, especially with ISPs (ADSL, VDSL 3G & 4G)
• Experience in remote support via TeamViewer
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities
