Job Title: PowerBI Data Specialist
Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Deerfoot Recruitment is assisting one of our clients, an innovative organisation in the health tech space, in their search for a skilled PowerBI Data Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing company during an exciting phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering Management Information (MI) to internal and external clients.
• Expediting and supporting colleagues with data analysis, extraction, and manipulation.
• Consulting with clients to understand and implement MI requirements.
• Becoming an expert on the client’s data, including reporting, importing, and exporting.
• Creating robust SQL queries and delivering MI using Microsoft T-SQL and Power BI.
• Mentoring colleagues and assisting with Power BI and SQL challenges.

Essential Skills & Knowledge:

• Advanced Power BI knowledge.
• Strong SQL skills (advanced preferred).
• Understanding of data structures and the ability to impart this knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience producing MI for senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills for large data set manipulation.
• Familiarity with system integration (webhooks, APIs, file transfer) and integration with HR systems like Workday, SAP, and Oracle.
